About the role

Internship role for Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSE) working with clients to understand problems and design/implement data-driven solutions. On-site in Paris, France. Treats interns like full-time engineers with end-to-end ownership in a startup-like environment supported by Palantir.

Responsibilities

  • Work in small teams with minimal supervision on high-stakes projects.
  • Discuss architecture with engineers, manage large-scale data, build a custom web application, engage with client leadership, and establish team strategy.
  • Own end-to-end execution of projects and deliver real-world outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams (FDSEs, Product, Deployment Strategists, clients) typically on-site.

Qualifications

  • Engineering background (preferred fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript or similar.
  • Expect to graduate in 2027; this is your final internship before graduation.
