Responsibilities

  • Build software and deliver customer outcomes.
  • Work on real problems: helping customers deploy AI-powered solutions, building software platforms of the future, and transforming how organizations operate.
  • Be treated as a full member of the engineering team with ownership over meaningful projects.
  • Work in small, agile teams and own end-to-end execution and implementation of high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or has a degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
  • Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
  • Hands-on experience applying AI (coursework, projects, internships, or relevant activities)
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
  • For USG: active U.S. security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one (required)
  • For all other roles: active U.S. security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one (plus, not required)
