About the role
Deployment Strategist role focused on turning 고객 hunches about data into actionable solutions by embedding with customers, building data pipelines, and shaping product offerings; hybrid, full-time position based in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
- Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and measurable impact on operations.
- Present results and future proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to translate field observations into cross-Palantir product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent business Japanese and English.
Skills
