About the role

Deployment Strategist role at Palantir focused on turning customer data and hunches into actionable, data-driven deployments. You will immerse in customer workflows, synthesize data and product needs, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and other strategists to deploy software that addresses complex real-world problems.

Responsibilities

  • Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
  • Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable, extensible pipeline.
  • Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely adopted to impact operations.
  • Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
  • Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings.
  • Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
  • Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus.
