About the role

Program Manager role focused on development programs in a fast-paced defense tech environment, supporting multiple divisions and locations, with end-to-end program ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional efforts, building project roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and owning end-to-end implementation of a given program
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve the program
  • Collaborate with partner teams to scope requirements and deliver solutions for core scale challenges
  • Fill in critical gaps to ensure the business can run smoothly

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative data for analysis and operational decisions
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to relocate as needed
  • Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program
