About the role

Founding AI Engineer at Voiceops, a seed-stage AI platform focusing on building an AI-powered intelligence layer for high-volume consumer interactions. Role involves multi-layer agent systems, frontier AI architecture, and scalable infrastructure to process millions of calls.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture: Multi-layer agent systems that autonomously discover structure in raw conversation data, then orchestrate downstream agents to act on it.
  • Frontier: Evolve architecture with rapid AI advances (Claude Code, new inference strategies, model capabilities) to maximize value.
  • Scale: Build fast, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure to process millions of calls.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with how modern AI products are built and shipped
  • Experience shipping real software to real users
  • Experience with LLMs, agents, tool use, and related components
  • Strong ownership across stack; ability to describe past projects, what broke, and how fixed
