Customer Operations Analyst
About the role
Role focused on ensuring accurate and timely freight audits, onboarding new clients, cross-functional collaboration, and handling billing exceptions. Opportunities for growth into Customer Success, Product Management, or Operations Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage Audit Processes: Oversee and execute the day-to-day audit processes for client freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Onboard New Clients: Manage the Vendors Onboarding, EDI integration, SOPs and customization
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive improvements to increase automation and efficiency
- Handle Exceptions: Support clients by managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions related to billing and payment transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Analytical skills to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions.
- Tech-savvy with interest in leveraging tools to improve processes.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience in D&D Audit and Accounts Payables is a plus.
- Experience with EDI integration is a plus.
