About the role

Revenue Associate role focused on revenue strategy & operations and cross-functional execution within the GTM org, reporting to revenue leadership and partnering across sales, CS, marketing and RevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue strategy & operations: pricing experiments, market segmentation, territory design, forecasting, pipeline analytics, deal desk support; build systems, dashboards and processes to scale GTM.
  • Cross-functional execution: partner with sales, customer success, marketing and RevOps; run special projects (new geography launches, vertical plays, ICP refinement); prepare board and exec materials; participate in key deals; support revenue leadership as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years
  • You're a builder who fixes messy processes and builds dashboards
  • Comfort with Claude (AI tooling)
  • Ambitious with fast career growth mindset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to contribute to building a business
  • Strong numerical/reporting skills; able to work across spreadsheets, customer calls, and strategy docs
  • Desire to grow into GTM leadership roles within Encord
  • Consistent top performance in prior roles or environments
