About the role

Associate Product Manager role focused on building Encord's Physical AI data stack, collaborating with Senior PMs to ship products that solve customer problems in AI data development, from data acquisition to 3D rendering, annotation, and verification.

Responsibilities

  • Problem solving: Break down complex problems into actionable steps and work with the relevant teams to implement solutions
  • Product judgement: Evaluate and prioritise incoming feature requests, and propose new features to stay ahead of trends in the AI data space
  • Customer engagement: Conduct customer interviews and webinars to gather insights and translate these into clear product requirements
  • Product development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications and drive the development process
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, ML, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in product development, consulting, or technical project management; experience in a scale-up environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging directly with customers and technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: experience with side projects, hackathons, or personal technical projects; prior exposure to AI/ML or data infrastructure products
