About the role

Senior full-stack engineer role at Encord, a YC-backed AI data infrastructure company. You will work autonomously on foundational systems, span the full stack, and own projects end-to-end to improve performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • - Build and extend multiple foundational systems across the stack.
  • - Deliver performant, reliable, and maintainable solutions for challenging technical and product problems.
  • - Take end-to-end ownership from product and design decisions through deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.
  • - Collaborate within a lean, high-trust team to solve problems and improve systems at scale.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience building and maintaining multiple systems from scratch
  • Comfort with uncertainty and autonomy in decision-making
  • Strong collaboration and team-player mindset
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt across the stack
