About the role

Role to own exponential revenue growth with major health system partners, acting as senior revenue owner, navigating large health systems, and expanding high-impact use cases across enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Ownership end-to-end. Discovery, vision pitch, scope, ROI, governance, security, procurement, contract.
  • Executive Relationship Governance: Maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with CEOs, CFOs, and CMOs.
  • Multi-Level Strategic Discovery: Navigate 1–2 levels below the C-suite to engage Departmental Heads and Service Line Leaders, uncovering specific clinical and operational use cases for AI application.
  • Healthcare Economic Analysis: Evaluate and prioritize use cases based on impact on margins, labor capacity, and clinical outcomes.
  • Organizational Navigation: Navigate complex political environments of $5B+ health systems to drive consensus.
  • Partnership Expansion & Utilization: Drive exponential account expansion by identifying new high-impact use cases and increasing utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Delivery, Clinical, and Product to transition opportunities from discovery to implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise healthcare transformation, strategic sales, commercial leadership, or high-level management consulting.
  • Experience personally closing or expanding $2M+ enterprise deals at health systems and managing long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional Commercial & Clinical Fluency: Engage CFO on margins, CMO on clinical workflow risk, CIO on technical integration.
  • Consistent Excellence: Track record of top performance.
  • Political & Strategic Maturity: Ability to influence stakeholders in new categories with no prior budget line.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50%+ for on-site discovery and executive engagement.
