About the role

Generalist Engineer role focused on crafting a developer-first product experience for continual learning, owning SDKs, API surfaces, and integration infrastructure to help customers understand, debug, and trust continually improving models.

Responsibilities

  • Own the SDK, API surfaces, and integration infrastructure that help customers understand, debug, and trust continually improving models
  • Develop trajectory visualization, evaluation workflows, monitoring dashboards, and core product interfaces on top of RL infrastructure
  • Define visual language, interaction patterns, and product philosophy for Trajectory
  • Collaborate with founders and industry-leading design partners to translate frontier RL systems into a clean, developer-first product experience
  • Contribute to building the interface for continual learning

Qualifications

  • Strong full-stack or backend engineering experience
  • Experience building AI-powered products or agent systems and experimentation with new frameworks
  • Experience building developer-facing products or SDKs
  • Experience with data pipelines, telemetry systems, or event infrastructure
  • Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment
