About the role

Head of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) responsible for establishing and running the repair function for Anduril products and components, designing the MRO organization, and aligning with Production, supply chain, and programs to meet uptime commitments and material needs across Costa Mesa, CA or Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Establish MRO function for Anduril; aggregate the limited existing team, provide strategic and tactical direction, and build out team skills and capacity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline
  • 10+ years of combined experience in aircraft systems/components MRO (required), sustainment, operations, quality, program management, and/or customer support functions
  • Ability to travel 25-75% of the time (depending on base location)
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance
