About the role
Hybrid technical consultant and product evangelist role at Zensors, bridging cutting-edge Physical AI solutions with enterprise customers. Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, upselling services, and educating internal teams while improving deployment processes and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deploy & Troubleshoot: Guide customers through setup, configuration, and rollout of Physical AI; solve complex technical issues in real-world environments.
- Drive Success & Upsell: Understand customer goals to recommend AI products and upsell services based on user experience.
- Champion the Brand: Build an active base of power users and brand ambassadors.
- Educate & Enable: Create training materials and upskill the department on physical AI models and deployment strategies.
- Optimize the Experience: Gather feedback and improve deployment processes and customer success initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree or equivalent practical experience (Engineering, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Mathematical sciences).
- 3+ years in Technical Consulting, Implementation, Solution Design—preferably with physical AI, robotics, IoT, or smart hardware.
