Founding member of technical staff at Nozomio, a lean AI product lab building context-aware AI across domains. Full-stack role partnering directly with the founder, writing code from day one, owning systems end-to-end, and contributing to product surfaces, backend, AI integrations, infrastructure, and potentially mobile.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from data model to API to UI with no hand-offs
- Design and build AI pipelines that use context in novel ways
- Instrument, monitor, and debug production systems under real load
- Make architecture decisions with long-term impact
- Be in the room for what to build next and have your opinion carry weight
Qualifications
- Shipped something real or generated revenue in the past
- Ability to think from first principles
- Strong coding discipline and readability in code
- High agency and initiative
- Optional: ex-founder / operator / previously failed a startup
- Experience level: 1+ years

Context augmentation for agents
Nozomio is a product lab building engineers for the age of AI. As coding agents become ubiquitous, the real bottleneck shifts from “write code” to “know which code and docs to feed them.” Starting with the tool named Nia, the mission is to provide context enrichment through agentic research and indexing of any external codebase(-s) or documentation via MCP / API. Nozomio started with Arlan's early frustration with the agentic coding ecosystem, especially around context and memory.
