About the role

Marketing lead role focused on how Nozomio and its products appear in the world, owning paid and organic acquisition, creative development, and launch storytelling from end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Creative engine. UGC briefs, video ad scripts, hooks, thumbnails, angles. Ship new creative weekly.
  • Organic and social growth on relevant platforms; balance between attention and paid strategy.
  • Launch video direction and scripting; on set, in the edit to ensure the moment lands as intended.
  • Brand moments: drops, announcements, cultural presence.

Qualifications

  • You have a really good social presence with an interesting Instagram Reels / TikTok feed.
  • Scrappy, energetic, experimental, but rigorous.
  • Love trying multiple ideas to find the one that blows up.
  • Uniquely strong in some domain or hobby (e.g., automation tools, reselling sneakers, selling collectibles, making music).
  • Think from first principles.
  • Extremely funny with high agency.
  • Very funny FYP on TikTok/Instagram.
