About the role

Integration and Test Engineer responsible for leading manufacturing and test processes of satellite sub-assemblies for Starlink, collaborating with production, design engineering, and supply chain to deliver flight-worthy hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage assembly flow and test operations of satellite sub-assembly production area
  • Enable day-to-day execution of the production area by eliminating blockers, slow-downs, and waste
  • Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures based on lessons learned and feedback
  • Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and drive corrective actions to implementation
  • Scrutinize current and proposed designs for manufacturability, reliability, and repeatability
  • Interface with technicians, specialists, and engineers of multiple disciplines to optimize manufacturing and reliability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of professional mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing (internships/co-ops and club projects can apply)
