About the role

Solutions Engineer at Column partnering with tech-forward companies to build financial products using Column's APIs. Cross-functional role involving engineering, business, operations, legal, and compliance to support implementations, gather feedback, drive product requirements, and build internal tooling. Four-day in-person schedule based in Presidio, San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical relationship with our customers across pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and support.
  • Assist with the implementation and delivery of strategic cross-functional projects with guidance from senior team members.
  • Leverage AI to build internal tooling and processes to address operational bottlenecks
  • Collect and organize product feedback, help identify gaps, and support the writing of product requirement documents.
  • Learn to manage roadmap expectations with our engineering team and customers.
  • Perform day-to-day activities consistent with safe and sound business practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Help identify, assess, and manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures established by the Bank, and report issues to management.
