About the role

Engineer who works across the stack, collaborates with customers, and shapes product decisions. Role involves owning problems end to end, building polished, reliable software, and traveling regularly (50%+), often on-site for 2–4 weeks at a time. Based in San Francisco with frequent travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Work across the stack from customer-facing applications and developer experiences to APIs and systems.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and move quickly from idea to implementation.
  • Build solutions that simplify complex financial infrastructure and power a platform processing billions of dollars per day.
  • Influence what we build, how customers interact with Column, and the technical direction of the platform.
