About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead high-impact projects, scale Lunar’s operational infrastructure, and drive data-driven decision making to support rapid growth in a healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Own High-Priority Initiatives: Take ownership of critical projects that shape Lunar’s operational strategy, ensuring we scale effectively while maintaining execution excellence
  • Scale Business Operations: Build and scale Lunar’s operational infrastructure with the right processes, systems, and insights to support rapid growth
  • Drive Third-Party Partnerships: Establish and strengthen relationships with key external partners, including hospital vendors, service providers, and integration partners
  • Push Boundaries: Identify and execute on opportunities to improve and streamline business operations using first-principles thinking and creative problem-solving to drive step-change improvements
  • Be part of a Mission Driven Company: Help shape the future of healthcare by building the operational backbone of a company revolutionizing an industry that has been left behind by software advancements

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional business operations experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to describe clinical workflows, train users, and collaborate across teams
  • Committed to excellence, delivering high-quality outcomes with precision and care
  • Proactively identifies and seizes opportunities, solving novel, high-ambiguity challenges with first-principles thinking, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
  • A passion for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry
