About the role

Software engineer role focused on building core Command and Control software for Anduril’s Lattice platform, bridging hardware and human operators, with real-time telemetry, autopilot tasks, mission planning, and autonomy features including GenAI agent integration.

Responsibilities

  • Build the core Command and Control software for Anduril's Lattice platform.
  • Bridge hardware and human operators across vehicles and Ground Control Station.
  • Manage real-time telemetry, health, and autopilot tasks on vehicles.
  • Enable operators to plan missions, visualize maps, manage large fleets, and orchestrate autonomous behaviors on the Ground Control Station.
  • Pioneer integration of GenAI agents into systems for natural language-based asset directing.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Strong engineering background (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
  • 3+ years in full-stack development
  • Backend: Python, C++, Rust, Go, Java, JavaScript
  • Frontend: React and Typescript
  • Experience with data-intensive software solutions
  • Understanding of real-time data flowing into operator UIs
  • Ability to navigate complex systems with rapid delivery/iteration bias
  • Collaborative mindset to deliver novel software for ambiguous problems
