About the role

Software Engineer to build core Command and Control software for Anduril’s Lattice platform, bridging hardware and human operators across vehicles and Ground Control Station, with ongoing work on GenAI agent integration.

Responsibilities

  • Build the core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform, enabling real-time telemetry, health, and autopilot tasks on vehicles and mission planning, visualization, fleet management, and orchestration on Ground Control Station.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams (Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, Test Engineering) to solve hard problems for aerial and multi-domain robotic systems.
  • Bridge hardware and human operators, ship and run code on physical hardware deployed in the world.
  • Pioneer integration of GenAI agents into systems, enabling operators to direct autonomous assets via natural language interfaces.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Strong engineering background (CS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
  • 3+ years backend experience in Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Java
  • Experience building software solutions involving significant data processing and analysis
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex systems with rapid delivery and iteration bias
  • Desire to collaborate with team members to deliver novel software capabilities to ambiguous problems
