About the role

Senior leadership role overseeing Mission Readiness - Integrated Logistics Support for Anduril’s Autonomous Airpower (Fury) initiatives. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive logistics strategies to deploy, maintain, and sustain hardware, coordinating cross-functional teams, and scaling DoD/government logistics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all Mission Readiness - Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs to include execution, process, best practices, technical oversight, and budget monitoring.
  • Responsible for taking Integrated Logistics Support at Anduril from zero to one on an extremely aggressive timeline.
  • Implement and maintain logistics systems, standards, and data to ensure accurate and efficient logistics operations and management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and program management, to ensure alignment and execution of logistics goals.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans and best practices to ensure the timely execution of all logistics program deliverables in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Participate with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration.
  • Influence, and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract(s). Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.
  • Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times.
  • Be a team player; embrace startup culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
  • Demonstrates technical expertise and application of logistics management principles, concepts, and practice as well as leadership skills.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel as needed for the business.
  • Ability to be local or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
