About the role
Account Executive role focused on building presence in France and Benelux; remote, full-time position with hybrid responsibilities in sales and business development, targeting small to mid-sized hospitality/travel businesses.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with tour operators in France and Belgium
- Act as a business developer, sourcing leads, gathering market insights, and helping penetrate France & Benelux
- Run engaging demos to demonstrate WeTravel value
- Manage pipeline in HubSpot and move deals forward
- Close new business and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams
- Collaborate with a high-performing, international team
Qualifications
- Native French speaker and fully proficient in English
- Confident on the phone with cold outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow
- Some experience with inside sales via email and phone
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Bonus if from hospitality or travel background understanding tour operators

- Uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE $92,500; Year 2 OTE $125,000)
