About the role

Hybrid, full-time account executive role based in Amsterdam focused on building presence in France and Benelux. Combines account executive and business development responsibilities with full sales cycle ownership, outbound prospecting, product demos, and onboarding handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in France and Belgium
  • Acting as a business developer—source and qualify leads, gather market insights, help break into France & Benelux
  • Running engaging demos showing the value of WeTravel
  • Managing pipeline in HubSpot and moving deals forward
  • Closing new business and ensuring smooth handoff to onboarding
  • Sharing market feedback with product and marketing teams
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and handoff to onboarding

Qualifications

  • Native French speaker and fully proficient in English (required)
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow
  • Some experience with inside sales via email and phone
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
  • Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Bonus if from hospitality or travel background and understand tour operators

Benefits

  • Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Full-time Salary is 48,600 EUR (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = 95,000 EUR, Year 2 OTE = 130,000 EUR)
