About the role
Remote, full-time Account Executive role focused on prospecting, demos, and closing deals in France and Benelux (France & Belgium) for WeTravel. Hybrid of Account Executive and Business Development with uncapped commission and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in France and Belgium
- Acting as a business developer — sourcing leads, gathering market insights, and helping break into the France & Benelux region
- Running engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel
- Managing pipeline in HubSpot and moving deals forward
- Closing new business and handing off to onboarding
- Sharing market feedback with product and marketing teams
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team to move fast and celebrate wins
Qualifications
- Native French speaker and fully proficient in English (required)
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow
- Some experience with inside sales via email and phone
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Bonus if from hospitality or travel background and understands tour operators

- Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Full-time Salary 40,000 USD
