About the role

Senior full-stack engineer role at Encord, a YC-backed AI data infrastructure company. You will own end-to-end foundation systems, work across the stack, and help scale a high-performance platform for AI data management.

Responsibilities

  • Operate with high autonomy to build and extend multiple foundational systems
  • Use simple, performant, reliable solutions to challenging problems (technical and product)
  • End-to-end ownership of projects from product/design/architecture decisions to deployment, monitoring and impact measurement
  • Work across the stack from deployment to styling
  • Collaborate within a lean, high-trust team to solve difficult problems and drive improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience building and maintaining multiple systems from scratch
  • Comfort with uncertainty and autonomous decision-making
  • Strong collaborative, proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to tackle end-to-end ownership across product, design, and engineering
