About the role

Senior Leadership Recruiter responsible for talent management and full-cycle recruiting at Anduril, partnering with Mission Readiness & Deployments leaders to define hiring needs, improve processes, and build a high-caliber team. Hybrid in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in talent mapping, prospecting techniques, data extraction, web-scraping, process automation, and candidate management
  • Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle, providing effective, clear communication and reporting
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences to achieve strong interview-to-offer conversion
  • Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns
  • Drive diverse talent into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Build talent maps to generate market insights to inform engagement strategy
  • Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally
  • Leverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value proposition

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience as a high-volume leadership recruiter providing white glove service for critical roles and engaging top tier talent
  • 3+ years of client interaction experience, including work with Hiring Managers who are Executive leaders, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress
  • Experience recruiting at an agency and/or fast-paced startup, hiring leadership/executive roles for Deployments, Logistics, Maintenance Repair Operations, or Aftermarket Strategy
  • Ability to be hybrid onsite at the Costa Mesa, CA office
