About the role

Senior Recruiter to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for engineering and technology teams, focusing on hardware and software, and aligning with engineering leadership in a fast-paced autonomous robotics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Recruitment Delivery and Execution: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for hardware and software engineering teams, meet hiring targets, collaborate with engineering leaders, develop sourcing plans, manage pipeline metrics, and establish hiring milestones for niche technical skills.
  • Tech Stakeholder and Hiring Manager Management: Serve as primary contact for engineering leaders, ensure clear communication and advisory relationships, understand code-stack/infrastructure requirements, and ensure a highly engaging candidate experience during evaluations.
  • Recruitment Operations and Pipeline Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR & Finance) for offers and equity discussions, align interview processes, organize calibration meetings, implement and optimize recruitment tools and processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Risk Assessment and Talent Mitigation: Identify bottlenecks in specialized pipelines, monitor metrics and market trends, and adjust sourcing strategies proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • 5 to 8 years minimum of full-cycle recruitment experience with a track record of managing complex technical portfolios and hiring for software & hardware engineer roles; ideally in Autonomous Vehicles & Robotics.
