About the role

Senior Software Engineer focused on Developer Experience, building internal platform tooling, CI/CD, observability, and self-service infrastructure to improve engineers’ development experience on the WeTravel platform.

Responsibilities

  • Developer Experience & Internal Tooling: Build and improve tools and workflows for engineers, turning friction into practical tooling and platform improvements.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in developer tooling, internal platforms, infrastructure, or related platform engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Developer Experience (DevEx) team, building internal tooling, platforms, and workflows for software engineers.
  • Strong software engineering skills and experience building tools, services, automation, or platforms used by other engineers.
  • Deep experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform.
  • A track record of identifying developer pain points and turning them into pragmatic tooling, automation, and self-service platform capabilities.
  • Good understanding of production reliability, observability, and incident response.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a bias toward action.
