Senior Operations Manager, Infrastructure
About the role
Senior Operations Manager for Infrastructure at Commure/Athelas ecosystem. Owns EHR Credentialing operations and BizOps/backbone for onboarding/offboarding and documentation management, building scalable processes, playbooks, and automation to reduce manual work in a high-growth healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the decision-maker and process architect for requests outside standard product boundaries, coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Account Management.
- Own EHR Credentialing operations across a team of four, map end-to-end workflows, drive automation to reduce manual steps, and track cycle time, error rate, backlog size, and automation coverage.
- Provide operational backbone for Business Operations, owning onboarding, offboarding, and documentation management workflows to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Codify exceptions triage, credentialing, and BizOps workflows into documented playbooks; leverage AI tools and internal platforms to eliminate manual work.
- Establish operating cadence through weekly reviews, SLA reports, and cross-functional syncs.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in operations, product operations, or technical operations
- ideally in high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology with cross-functional process ownership
- Experience managing a small team, setting priorities, tracking output, and maintaining SLA accountability
- Hands-on experience with SQL and BI or internal tooling platforms (Looker Studio, Retool, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for actionable reporting
- Strong process design instincts, systems thinking, and ability to build durable playbooks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for policy documents, exception recommendations, and executive summaries
