About the role

Staff Technical Product Manager role focused on building AI-driven provider tools and automating revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows for healthcare providers. Hybrid, in Mountain View, CA with 3 days/week onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Execution from Idea to Deployment: Translate high-level concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that integrate with provider workflows and healthcare systems.
  • Deep User Immersion: Onsite at hospitals and clinics to understand provider workflows and iterate solutions in real-world clinical environments.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to ship high-impact features.
  • Lead Product Managers: Manage a small team of Product Managers supporting RCM initiatives.
  • Executive-Level Influence & Communication: Engage with COOs, CSOs, CIOs to articulate vision, roadmap, and impact for adoption.
  • Stay Ahead of AI & Healthcare: Track AI advancements in LLMs, autonomous agents, and clinical NLP to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
  • Professional experience in Product Management
