About the role

Product Designer role at Commure/Commure Ambient AI, focused on end-to-end product design for healthcare productivity experiences, including UI/UX, design systems, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. On-site in Mountain View, CA with field research travel.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs for Commure Ambient AI.
  • Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered tools.
  • Conduct user research, journey mapping, UX workflow analysis, and testing to validate design decisions.
  • Develop design briefs and PRDs framing opportunities and translating them into actionable projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to conceptualize and refine features.
  • Solicit and share feedback, articulate design decisions, and influence product roadmaps.
  • Stay up to date with design systems, accessibility standards, and contribute to the Commure design system.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and elevate design culture within the company.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in end-to-end product design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX design, visual design, and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered tools.
  • Experience contributing to a design system.
