About the role

Senior PM on the Ambient team at Commure (healthcare AI Operating System) overseeing end-to-end product surfaces that automate ambient documentation and workflows for providers, with potential growth into people leadership. Hybrid role requiring 3 days/wk in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Own product areas end-to-end: drive features from discovery through delivery, scope requirements, align engineering, manage QA, and track post-launch outcomes.
  • Define the future of healthtech by building AI-powered workflows that transform provider care and tool interactions, including ambient documentation and end-to-end automation of clinical and operational workflows.
  • Build and manage health system relationships, understanding integration requirements and ensuring product fit in customer environments.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear direction by understanding integrations and communicating across engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.
  • Go deep on user research by spending meaningful time onsite with providers and clinical staff, validating solutions before building.
  • Define success and drive it by setting metrics/OKRs, prioritizing with data, and building the next roadmap items.
  • Grow into a people leader as the team scales.

Qualifications

  • - Product management experience at a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology company
  • - Strong generalist fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and shipping in a fast-paced environment
  • - Technical fluency: understand integrations and APIs, read technical docs, engage with engineers without coding
  • - Awareness of AI/healthcare trends (LLMs, autonomous agents, clinical NLP) to enhance provider workflows
  • - Structured user research skills: run studies, synthesize findings, translate insights into action
  • - Clear communication: writing PRDs, presenting to cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders
  • - Comfort with ambiguity and a desire to shape the role's evolution
