Product Designer
About the role
Product Designer role at Commure (healthcare AIOS). Focus on end-to-end product design for healthcare provider productivity experiences, across interaction, systems, and service design, with involvement from discovery to client launch. On-site, Mountain View, CA base with occasional field research travel.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Create polished UI/UX designs for Commure Ambient AI; develop wireframes, low/high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered tools; conduct user research, journey mapping, UX workflow analysis, and testing; develop design briefs and PRDs.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work with product managers, engineers, and customer success; gather feedback and articulate design decisions; influence product roadmaps; contribute to a fast-growing design team.
- Best Practices and Design System: Stay updated on design systems, user-centered design, and accessibility; support and contribute to the Commure design system; engage in design quality discussions; champion user-centered design.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in end-to-end product design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or related field
- Strong portfolio with research-driven UX design and strong visual design
- Proficiency in high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered tools
- Experience contributing to a design system
