Senior Manager, FP&A & Strategic Finance
About the role
Senior FP&A & Strategic Finance role focused on financial planning, forecasting, and commercial partnership for a core segment within Commure/healthcare AI platform environment; include revenue forecasting, deal economics, pricing strategy, and scalable forecasting processes in a pre-IPO setting.
Responsibilities
- Forge trusted relationships and serve as the primary finance partner to segment and product leadership across Sales and Ops. Deliver clear, data-backed insights that drive decision-making.
- Own the segment’s revenue forecast and pipeline analysis. Analyze revenue conversion, bookings quality, and cohort performance. Integrate complex revenue streams with rigor and simplicity.
- Lead target-setting, budgeting, and expense planning. Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational leverage in close partnership with product leaders.
- Collaborate with RevOps to establish a deal desk. Define pricing guardrails, assess deal economics, and ensure pricing strategy supports long-term value.
- Build sophisticated models to evaluate unit economics, ROI of various investments, and capital efficiency.
- Help design and implement scalable, automated forecasting and reporting processes
Qualifications
- 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, and/or consulting, with experience in high-growth, unstructured environments
- Strong grasp of non-GAAP metrics applicable to SaaS companies
- Bias for action and ability to drive multiple projects to completion
- Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex financial topics into clear narratives
- Comfort in a high-visibility role; confident presenting to senior executives and external partners
- Experience in healthcare SaaS, M&A integration, and/or exposure to enterprise deal structures is a plus
- Experience with core finance and sales tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and FP&A platforms
- Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools (e.g., Retool) is a plus
- STEM degree and/or CFA charterholder is a plus
