About the role

Role focused on building and scaling automated healthcare operations infrastructure. Combines consulting, product thinking, data analysis, and software tooling to automate and optimize claim-related workflows within Commure’s AI Operating System for healthcare. Full-time in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows - from discovery to deployment - ensuring repeatability and measurable impact
  • Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions
  • Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup
  • Strong SQL and Python fluency - comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation
  • Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
