About the role

Community Lead responsible for introducing JETSET Pilates to new markets, building local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to join the community. Works with the General Manager to drive partnerships, events, social media, and member engagement from pre-opening launch through post-opening growth.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Opening | Launch the Market: Build relationships with local businesses and partners, plan activations and events, support On The Mat community classes and guest experiences, capture leads, build founding member community, create local social content, generate opening-day excitement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed
