About the role

Legal Engineers lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding, translating real legal work into Harvey solutions across the customer lifecycle. They collaborate with AEs and CSMs to design, build, and refine solutions that align with lawyers’ workflows, contributing to product roadmap and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding alongside Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Translate real legal work into Harvey solutions and design tailored, real-use-case-driven workflows.
  • Demonstrate value in pre-sales and, for post-sales roles, onboard and enable customers and build agents on real matters.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering to shape future releases and roadmap based on legal practice needs.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to automate and optimize legal processes using no-code and AI tools.
  • Travel approximately 2-3+ times per month for business needs (1-3 days per trip).

Qualifications

  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • 3+ years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team.
