About the role

Role focused on building the future of impact research by embedding with researchers to ship code and tools, designing operations, driving communications, supporting funding, or pursuing internships. Open to contributors who ship quickly, solve problems proactively, and can operate with initiative in a flexible, impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly with researchers to ship code, tools, and artifacts that bring ideas to life.
  • Design and run the logistics and systems that keep everything on track and moving forward.
  • Drive the message, shape the discourse, and help define what impact means in this era of computing.
  • Back research ready to break out into open-source projects or impact-driven startups as part of our grant or investing teams.
  • Spend a season building with us with real ownership and lots of room to run from day one.

  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
