  • Genuine curiosity about distributed systems and eagerness to dive deep into technical challenges.
  • Creativity and persistence in problem solving; comfortable with asking thoughtful questions or seeking feedback.
  • Excited to learn, value constructive feedback, and appreciate mentorship.
