About the role
Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter focused on attracting, assessing, and hiring engineering talent across mechanical, electrical, and systems disciplines to scale 1X’s humanoid robotics programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hires across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering functions while maintaining exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines that reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring predictability across critical engineering roles.
- Establish trusted partnerships with engineering leaders and provide data-driven guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Improve recruiting effectiveness through sourcing innovation, interview calibration, process improvements, and talent market insights.
- Help ensure hiring decisions consistently align with 1X’s technical standards, organizational needs, and long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, hardware, systems, or related engineering talent.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and supporting technical interview processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
