About the role
Staff Manufacturing Recruiter responsible for scaling 1X's manufacturing organization and partnering with executive leadership to attract, assess, and hire across manufacturing, automation, test, software, and hardware functions to move NEO from development to production.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, hardware, and production-related technical functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by shaping hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce planning decisions.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across critical manufacturing and technical disciplines that support rapid organizational scaling.
- Improve recruiting effectiveness through process design, talent market intelligence, interview calibration, and hiring best practices.
- Elevate overall Talent team capability through mentorship, coaching, and sharing of recruiting expertise across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting in highly technical, manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational environments.
- Proven success hiring across multiple technical domains including manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, test, or related engineering functions.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, directors, and executives on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with high ownership, sound judgment, and strong execution.
- Track record of mentoring, coaching, or influencing other recruiters and recruiting teams.
