About the role

Experienced Mission Operator to deliver and develop training for USSOCOM System Integration Partner components, serve as the cUAS SME, manage hardware/software configurations, and act as the customer advocate across Anduril teams. Based in Seattle/Tacoma area with worldwide travel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and education to SOF components across the Systems Integration Partner family-of-systems
  • Contribute to training curriculums (e.g., POIs) across platforms from simulations to hands-on training
  • Collaborate with SOF component customers to identify knowledge gaps, training opportunities, and build solutions
  • Create and update training material for Anduril and partner product capabilities
  • Manage end-to-end hardware and software configurations for all assigned cUAS equipment
  • Build bridges between SOF components and Anduril, representing the voice of the customer and capturing product updates for training end users

Qualifications

  • 8 years work experience in the US Army Special Forces community
  • Ownership mentality with initiative to manage work in isolated environments
  • Resourcefulness and bias towards action; take responsibility early
  • Independent collaborator, comfortable representing Anduril at remote sites
  • Training background (planning events, developing curriculum, and/or delivering training)
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across methods and tools
  • Enthusiasm for transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • US Army Special Operations experience; experience in 75th Ranger Regiment and/or 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) highly preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
