About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager for Anduril's Space business line, leading day-to-day execution of program initiatives, managing budget and schedule, coordinating with customers and growth teams to satisfy technical objectives and contractual requirements for a software-defined, distributed mesh networking layer and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership: Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate the projected product outcome with the customer.
  • Embed/Engage: Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products solving national/international security challenges.
  • Build/Orchestrate: Collaborate with engineers to build or pivot development to meet client needs; coordinate with multiple internal teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, etc.).
  • Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners; build sprint and execution plans, milestones.
  • Grow our business through customer success: Maintain commercial targets, establish committed partnerships, articulate Anduril's value proposition across executive to end-user levels.
  • Manage expectations and communications with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful updates.

Qualifications

  • B.S. (minimum) in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs for advanced C2 capabilities
  • Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
  • Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
