About the role

Senior, cross-functional role responsible for accelerating supplier qualification, industrialization and production ramp for electrical commodities, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery across Anduril’s product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage electrical commodities/subcategories (cables, harness, capacitors, connectors, PCB/PCBA, chips, etc.) to execute supplier production (NPI to full production) strategies across Anduril’s business lines
  • Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and overall commodity strategy
  • Vet Suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, workforce for supplier inclusion in Approved Supplier List
  • Support PSE, GSS and SQE in ensuring Suppliers' understanding and adherence to part quality criteria
  • Bring up new production tooling & lines, development at Supplier as needed to ensure materials, processes & tools meet performance, quality and demand requirements
  • Own capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at Supplier
  • Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at Supplier
  • Identify and drive product and process improvements, factory layout optimization at Supplier sites to lower part cost, reduce supply risk, improve cycle time
  • Support SQE with root cause task force at Anduril and close loop of corrective/preventative actions at Supplier

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T
  • Active U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Ability to relocate if not local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
