About the role
Deployment Strategist role focused on leveraging data in operational and real-world actions to turn customer hunches into actionable insights, working with engineers, designers, and other strategists to deploy Palantir software and scale impact across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows; work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
- Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely adopted to impact operations.
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field observations into cross-Palantir product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations worldwide.
Qualifications
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
- Norwegian language fluency.
Skills
Nice to have:Programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
