About the role
Deployment Strategist role focusing on leveraging data in operational and real-world actions to help customers turn data-driven hunches into reality. Work with engineers, product designers, and other strategists to deploy Palantir software, immerse in customer workflows, and translate insights into actionable solutions across various industries and locations.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows; collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to build stable, extensible data pipelines.
- Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely adopted to impact operations.
- Present results and future work proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations worldwide.
Qualifications
- Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
- Spanish language fluency.
Skills
Nice to have:Programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
