About the role
Raindrop is a monitoring platform for AI agents. The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with customers, owns end-to-end problem resolution across agents and platform, and helps shape product roadmap as part of an early team.
Responsibilities
- Embed with our customers to get them up and running on Raindrop
- Own customer problems end-to-end, debugging across their agents and our platform
- Turn what you learn on the ground into product feedback that shapes our roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
