About the role

Community Lead responsible for introducing JETSET to new markets, building local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to become part of the community. Works with the General Manager to drive local partnerships, events, social media, and member engagement from pre-opening launch to post-opening growth.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Opening | Launch the Market: Build relationships with local businesses and wellness partners, plan activations and events, support On The Mat community classes, capture leads, create local social content with marketing, generate opening-day excitement.
  • Post-Opening | Grow the Community: Build partnerships driving referrals and new memberships, support local events and ongoing engagement, partner with GM to drive membership growth and studio goals, follow up with prospective members, deliver exceptional member experiences during in-studio shifts, assist front desk operations and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed
